Fashion influencer Lorna Luxe has shared the devastating news that her husband, John Andrews, has passed away at the age of 64 following a courageous battle with cancer.
The 43-year-old content creator, known for her style edits and candid social media presence, broke the news to her 1.6 million followers on Instagram, describing herself as “heartbroken” but grateful for their final moments together.
A Peaceful Goodbye

In an emotional tribute posted on Thursday, Lorna revealed that John died peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
“My beautiful, brave John died yesterday,” she wrote. “We were together to the very end, at home, in our own bed and holding hands which is exactly what he wanted.”
She shared a touching detail about their final conversation, which she felt perfectly encapsulated his character:
“The last conversation we had I asked him how he was feeling and he replied ‘rough but in love’ and that was so him, to the point and choosing to put aside his fears to make me feel cherished and loved.”
A Long and Brave Battle

John Andrews, a retired banker who became a central figure in Lorna’s brand and business, had been battling stage four adrenal cancer since his diagnosis in April 2023.
- The Journey: After initial treatment, John went into remission in late 2023. Tragically, the cancer returned in 2024, eventually spreading to his brain and other organs.
- Recent Struggles: In January 2026, Lorna shared a vulnerable update revealing that treatment was no longer an option after John suffered complications, including sepsis, over the Christmas period.
- Public Support: The couple, who were married for 16 years and shared a 21-year age gap, had been open about the realities of his illness. Lorna had previously spoken about the terrifying prospect of becoming a “widow in her 40s,” a fear that has now become a heartbreaking reality.
Tributes and Gratitude
In her announcement, Lorna expressed immense gratitude to the district nurses who supported them, specifically mentioning a nurse named Anna who she described as a “real-life angel.”
Tributes have poured in from fellow influencers and fans. Molly-Mae Hague was among those sending love, writing, “Heartbroken for you. Rest in peace, John. I am so beyond sorry for your loss.”
John was not just Lorna’s husband but her partner in every sense, often seen behind the camera or supporting her successful fashion collaborations. His “class act” demeanor and unwavering support made him a beloved figure to Lorna’s online community.
